Domestic Violence Evaluations
Domestic violence evaluations assess abuse history, mental health, relationship dynamics, substance use, and risk for future violence to identify treatment needs in post-sentencing criminal cases. We provide clear, detailed, ethical reports to support court decisions in criminal and civil cases. All evaluations adhere to the standards and guidelines of the Domestic Violence Offender Management Board (DVOMB).
Psychosexual Evaluations
Psychosexual evaluations assess sexual history, behavior, attitudes, mental health, and risk for future sexual violence using empirically based measures. Our comprehensive reports aim to assist the court in making informed decisions regarding sentencing, treatment, and community safety. We provide both adult and ID/DD psychosexual evaluations that are consistent with the standards and guidelines of the Sex Offender Management Board (SOMB).

Parental Responsibility Evaluations
Parental responsibility evaluations examine parenting, family life, and what’s best for a child in custody and visitation cases. Our evaluations are completed by a licensed psychologist and are impartial, evidence-based, focused on the court’s questions, and give clear findings to guide legal decisions and protect the child.
Medication Consultation
Our board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner provides medication management for adolescents and adults, including a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, review of medical/psychiatric history, and coordination with other providers to create a safe, evidence-based medication plan. Services include starting and adjusting psychotropic medications, monitoring effects and side effects, ordering labs as needed, and educating patients on risks, benefits, and adherence. Follow-up appointments track symptoms, optimize dosing, and coordinate medication with psychotherapy or other treatments. Emergency consultations and timely access for acute issues are available. Our goal is to reduce symptoms, improve functioning, and enhance quality of life through personalized medication care.
